Air Max Pax was supposed to drop on Air Max Day 2022 — a collaboration between The Sneaker Savant and Sons of Black Maria. Then the world shut down, factories paused, and our boxes literally got stuck at sea.

By the time they washed up in Europe and Australia, the “launch” had accidentally gone global. That’s when it clicked: this wasn’t about hype or timing. It was about craft, patience, and a weird little art project taking its first breath.
